Requested - An authorization number has been requested and provided to an eligible participant. An authorization number with this status can still be voided.

Approved - An authorization number has been requested and provided to an eligible participant. A dealer has also obtained an approval code against this authorization number. An authorization number with this status cannot be voided.

Submitted - An authorization number has been requested and provided to an eligible participant. A dealer has submitted an approval code against this authorization number to GM for reimbursement. An authorization number with this status cannot be voided.

Closed - An authorization number has been requested and provided to an eligible participant. A dealer has also obtained an approval code against this authorization number and received reimbursement from GM for the sale of the vehicle. An authorization number with this status cannot be voided.

Voided - An authorization number has been requested and provided to an eligible participant. The requester has cancelled the authorization number before using it. An authorization number with this status cannot be used.

Expired - An authorization number has been requested and provided to an eligible participant. The authorization number was not used within the allotted time period. An authorization number with this status cannot be used.
