What is the GM Accessories Employee discount?
As of March 8, 2017, active and retired GM and GM Financial employees and their eligible family members can receive a discount on the purchase of GM Accessories. The discount allows employees and their eligible family members to purchase accessories at the Employee Discount Price — a special discounted price that is below the MSRP.
What do I need to do to take advantage of the discount?
You will need to obtain an authorization number and take it to your participating GM Dealer’s parts and service department or visit your brand eCommerce store to complete your purchase. Select “Get Authorization Number” and follow the prompts to obtain your authorization number.
How many GM Accessories Employee Discount Program authorization numbers can I use or share for the calendar year?
You can obtain authorization numbers for a total of six (6) transactions for you and your eligible family members per year. Each transaction may include multiple accessories.
What is the policy for misuse?
Authorization numbers may not be sold or bartered. This program is subject to audit and verification, and misuse will result in sanctions against the active or retired GM or GM Financial employee. Violations of these program Rules and Guidelines by any purchaser may result in sanctions against the eligible participant. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, the loss of privileges, repayment of monies and/or employment action, up to and including the termination of employment. In addition, legal action may be commenced for violation of program rules.
Does my authorization number expire?
An authorization number is valid for the duration of the calendar year in which it was obtained.
Can I use my authorization code to purchase accessories online?
Yes, you may now use your authorization code at any of our brand eCommerce sites. Simply enter your 9-digit authorization code as the coupon code during checkout to receive your discount on any of the sites below. The discount is not applicable to tax, shipping or installation charges.

Are service parts eligible?
No, only genuine Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac accessories are eligible for the GM Accessories Employee Discount Program.
Who is eligible for the GM Accessories Employee Discount?
Active GM employees, retirees, former hourly or salary employees with at least 5 cumulative years of service, widows/widowers of former hourly or salary employees with at least 5 cumulative years of service, and active employees and retirees of GM Financial are eligible to take advantage of the GM Accessories Employee Discount or sponsor the following purchasers:
