The GM Executive Purchase Program allows you to share the GM Employee Discount with people who you identify as conquests in your community. Your prospects should currently own or lease a competitive-make vehicle or would not otherwise consider buying from GM. They can combine this discount with most current offers to receive the maximum value on a new GM vehicle.
Like the GM Employee Discount, you will need to obtain an authorization number for your prospect. Select “GM Executive Purchase Program” from the Programs menu, then enter their date of birth, ZIP Code, the make and last 8 digits of the VIN of their current vehicle, and the business reason you are providing them this discount. Authorization numbers obtained will be valid for 90 days.
You can easily find the price your prospect will pay for the GM vehicle of their choice: Just go to “Shopping Tools” and select “Build & Price.” Enter the model year, division, model and trim level; you’ll then see a comparison of MSRP and the Employee Discount Price. Once you’ve completed building their vehicle, you can search dealer inventory to locate it.
All purchases should follow The Program’s Rules and Guidelines.
What is the policy for misuse? Authorization numbers may not be sold or bartered. This program is subject to audit and verification, and misuse will result in sanctions against the GM employee. Violations of the program rules and guidelines by any purchaser may result in sanctions against the eligble participant. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, the loss of privileges, repayment of monies and/or employment action, up to and including the termination of employment. In addition, legal action may be pursued for violation of program rules.
