Here’s how it works: Purchase or lease an eligible, new Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac vehicle between November 1, 2017, and January 2, 2018, and you’ll receive $500 from GM off the GM Supplier Discount price¹ at the time of purchase, plus another $500¹ from your employer.

Who qualifies for this program?

What is the GM Supplier Discount Holiday Bonus Program?

Which GM vehicles are eligible?

Almost every new and unused 2018, 2017 and 2016 GM passenger car, SUV, crossover and light-duty truck is eligible. Eligibility of GM vehicles may change at any time without notice.

How many eligible, new vehicles may I purchase or lease during the Holiday Bonus Program?

You may purchase or lease one (1) eligible vehicle during the GM Supplier Discount Holiday Bonus Program beginning November 1, 2017, through January 2, 2018.

Can I take advantage of the Holiday Bonus Program without obtaining an authorization number?

No, you must obtain an authorization number through the GM Supplier Discount Holiday Bonus Program and take it to your participating GM Dealer to receive the discount.

What will I need at the dealership to take advantage of the Holiday Bonus Program?

You will need your GM Supplier Discount Holiday Bonus Program authorization number, your company ID/badge or a current pay stub, and your driver’s license.²

Can I share my Holiday Bonus savings with family or friends?

No. Only eligible supplier employees can receive the Holiday Bonus offer. You may co-title an eligible vehicle purchased under the program with a spouse.

Can I combine my GM Supplier Discount with my GM Card Earnings?

You can combine your GM Supplier Discount with the GM Extended Family Card or the BuyPower Business Card™. You cannot use it with the GM Card, the GM Flexible Earnings Card or the BuyPower Card.®

I recently purchased a new GM vehicle. Can I use these savings on a prior purchase?

No, the Holiday Bonus Program cannot be applied to a prior purchase, or a purchase made before November 1, 2017.

Am I subject to applicable taxes from the $500 match from my employer?

You may be — check with your tax³ professional to determine your responsibilities as a result of participating in the GM Supplier Discount Holiday Bonus Program.

Participants may purchase/lease one (1) new and unused eligible GM vehicle per calendar year through the GM Supplier Discount Holiday Bonus Program. 2) Pay stub must be current (within 30 days); all information should be redacted except the date of the pay stub, your name and the name of the supplier company. Driver’s license number should be redacted.
3) Participating supplier company will be solely responsible for determining any tax consequences for supplier company or supplier company employees resulting from the Holiday Bonus Program. Any required federal, state and/or local income tax withholding is the responsibility of the supplier company.
